இந்திய குடியரசு தின என்.சி.சி முகாமில் நடைபெற்ற திறன் போட்டிகளில் வெற்றி பெற்ற என்.சி.சி மாணவ, மாணவிகளுக்கு ஊக்கத்தொகை பரிசு

மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு துணை முதலமைச்சர் திரு. உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் அவர்கள் டெல்லியில் நடைபெற்ற அகில இந்திய குடியரசு தின என்.சி.சி முகாமில் நடைபெற்ற திறன் போட்டிகளில் வெற்றி பெற்ற என்.சி.சி மாணவ, மாணவிகளுக்கு ஊக்கத்தொகை பரிசுகளையும், தமிழ்நாடு அளவில் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்ட கோயம்புத்தூர் குழும தலைமையகத்திற்கு மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் பதாகையும் வழங்கினார். 

மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு துணை முதலமைச்சர் திரு. உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் அவர்கள் இன்று (4.2.2025) சென்னை கலைவாணர் அரங்கில் நடைபெற்ற விழாவில், டெல்லியில் நடைபெற்ற அகில இந்திய குடியரசு தின என்.சி.சி முகாமில் நடைபெற்ற திறன் போட்டிகளில் வெற்றி பெற்ற என்.சி.சி மாணவ, மாணவிகளுக்கு ஊக்கத்தொகை பரிசுகளையும், தமிழ்நாடு அளவில் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்ட கோயம்புத்தூர் குழும தலைமையகத்திற்கு மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் பதாகையும் வழங்கினார். 

முன்னதாக சென்னை கலைவாணர் அரங்கில் தேசிய மாணவர் படை (என்.சி.சி) மாணவ, மாணவிகள் அமைத்த கண்காட்சியை பார்வையிட்டார். இந்த கண்காட்சியில் தேசிய மாணவர் படை மாணவ, மாணவிகள் அகில இந்திய, சர்வதேச அளவிலான துப்பாக்கிச் சுடும் போட்டிகளில் பங்கேற்பதற்காக தமிழ்நாடு அரசால் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிநவீன ரக துப்பாக்கியின் திறன் மற்றும் செயல்பாடு குறித்து தேசிய மாணவர் படை மாணவியின் விளக்கத்தை கேட்டறிந்தார். 

மேலும் விதைப்பந்துகள் மூலம் மலைப்பகுதியில் பசுமைப்பரப்பை அதிகரிக்கச் செய்யும் வகையில் தேசிய மாணவர் படையின் சமூகப் பணிகள் குறித்தும் கேட்டறிந்தார். தொடர்ந்து கலைவாணர் அரங்கின் முன், டெல்லியில் நடைபெற்ற அகில இந்திய குடியரசு தின என்.சி.சி முகாமில் பங்கேற்ற தமிழ்நாட்டின் தேசிய மாணவர் படை (என்.சி.சி) அலுவலர்கள் மற்றும் மாணவ, மாணவிகளுடன் குழு புகைப்படம் எடுத்துக் கொண்டார். 

இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு துணை முதலமைச்சர் திரு. உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் அவர்கள் ஆற்றிய உரை தேசிய மாணவர் படையினுடைய Chief Minister's Rally மற்றும் Republic Day Contingent-ல் பங்கேற்ற தமிழ்நாடு NCC குழுவுக்கான பாராட்டு விழாவில் பங்கேற்று உங்கள் முன் உரையாற்றுவதில் மிகுந்த பெருமையும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் அடைகின்றேன்.

I am happy to note that during the Republic Day Camp 2025, 129 NCC Cadets from Tamil Nadu had participated in the All-India Competitions held at New Delhi. For the first time in the history of NCC directorate, as per your request, our Honourable Chief Minister has sanctioned Rs.28 Lakhs for the air travel of NCC cadets for attending the Republic Day camp in New Delhi. I hope you all enjoy the journey. We are very proud of your over-all third position in the Republic Day Camp. 

நம்முடைய NCC புதுவித உற்சாகம் இளைஞர்களை சந்திக்கும் போதெல்லாம் ஏற்படும். Unity and Discipline στσότη தன்னலம் பாராமல் ஒரு முழக்கத்தை முன் வைத்து நீங்கள் செய்கின்ற சேவைகள் என்றைக்கும் போற்றத்தக்கவை. 

As I already mentioned few times when I was studying in the school Don Bosco I try join in the NCC but I was rejected. So I have to join the NSS. Now I never thought I will be a Chief guest for this event at that time. So I am really happy and proud to be here and I wish you all the best. We come together today not only to celebrate the achievements of our young cadets but also to acknowledge your hard work, dedication, and unwavering spirit that truly reflects the values of discipline, leadership, and patriotism. I take this opportunity to congratulate every single NCC cadets for winning a medal in the event. NCC Cadets from our state have achieved remarkable success by securing the following positions. First place in 'Best Directorate in Aero Modelling' and 'Line Area', 'Idea and Innovation', Gold in 'Best Directorate Republic Day Camp'. Special Prize in 'Table Drill and Second place in 'Ballet'.

 Well done to the entire team. Congratulation again. Over the years, NCC has played a crucial role in shaping the character of thousands of young individuals. Our state has always been at the forefront of nurturing the potential of youth, and the NCC is one of the many programmes that help to channelize the energy and enthusiasm of our youth towards positive and nation-building endeavours.The Dravidian Model Government, under the able leadership and guidance of our Hon'ble Chief Minister, has provided the best possible support to the NCC Department over the past four years in terms of quality infrastructure and funding.

 I have to mention a few here. Rs. 1 Crore for the additional construction of infrastructure facilities at the NCC Permanent Camp site in Neerpeyar village, Chengalpattu District. This will be inaugurated very shortly. Rs. 1 Crore for the construction of training and camp facilities at Olaiyur Village, Tiruchirapalli District. Cash incentives for outstanding NCC cadets and best performances has been increased to Rs.28 Lakhs from Rs.14 Lakhs. Our Honourable Chief Minister has directed our department to double the incentives, to recognize your achievements. NCC Cadets did a commendable job by supporting and assisting the TN Revenue Department officials and Tamil Nadu Police in regulating traffic, queue management at Bank, ATM centres, market places, shops and assisted the civil administration in relief and rescue operations during the floods at Chennai and Tirunelveli.

 1,610 cadets across the state of Tamil Nadu have donated blood and participated in various social service activities also like Tree plantation, anti-drug awareness rally, beach cleaning, national cancer awareness programme, cycle expedition on human rights. Your contributions to the development of our society are invaluable. மக்கள் சேவையில் மட்டுமல்ல, விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளிலும் தமிழ்நாடு NCC இளைஞர்கள் தொடந்து பல சாதனைகளை படைத்து வருகின்றீர்கள். 

குறிப்பாக, கடந்த ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற Tamil Nadu 49th State Shooting Championship-யில் 14 தங்கம், 19 வெள்ளி, 33 வெண்கலப் பதக்கங்களை வென்று தமிழ்நாட்டு வீரர்கள் சாதனை படைத்திருக்கின்றீர்கள். அதற்கும், இந்த நேரத்தில் என்னுடைய பாராட்டுக்களையும், வாழ்த்துகளையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன். 

As you step forward, let us not forget the sacrifices made by the uniformed forces, which inspire us to remain committed and courageous in the face of adversity. To all the cadets here today, I laud your commitment, discipline. and dedication to your serving our nation.You are all role models for the upcoming cadets, and I encourage you to continue to lead by example in your communities, schools and beyond. Remember that the lessons you learn in the NCC go far beyond the training and they are lessons for your life. I would also like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the NCC officers, trainers, and all those both tirelessly to ensure the success of this programme. I encourage all of you to make the most of the opportunities provided by the NCC and continue striving for excellence in all the aspects of life. Once again, I congratulate all the cadets, and I wish you all continued success in your future endeavours.
